The Charlotte County Master Gardeners and the Southside Herb Society join to provide herbs, flowers, bedding plants, and programs. The Herb Society will serve a delectable lunch at the Village Presbyterian Church. Festival--free; lunch $10 per person (lunch reservations (434) 542-5884).</description>
